[atrb=border,0,true] So far everything was going pretty well for Phoenix. Him and Marley were working things out and Max was being a great child right now. Sometimes he would stop and wonder if something bad was coming since everything was pretty much perfect but then he would just laugh and tell himself to stop being so superstitious. Nothing bad was going to happen and if it did he would take care of it. He was not sure how but he would take care of it. Right now Marley was back at her house probably fussing about something but it was okay. They had a doctor’s appointment to go to later and Phoenix really had to say that was getting tired of seeing the inside of a hospital. Not that he really cared but he could probably direct people into the right areas, he was there that often. If you asked him that way too often but hey, he supposed that having a kid was pretty complicated stuff. He laid in bed before he heard two little feet run from his room and come bursting through Phoenix’s door. Well Max was awake. Well fantastic. Phoenix heard Max walk to his side of the bed ad and the child started to yell daddy! Daddy! Which made Phoenix laugh as he told the little boy he was awake. Then he ran back into his room while Phoenix stretched under the covers. He was not sure what time it was but it was probably too early to be awake. That was usually how it went with Max, he would wake him up at the crack of dawn since that kid always woke up then. Phoenix was going to have to teach that kid that sleeping until 11 was acceptable in society. But for now he had a promise to keep and that was to take Max to the park. It was an easy promise and it made for an easy day. He loved when he had days off. After a shower, teeth brushing and getting a fidgety two and a half year old dressed, Phoenix and Max made their way to the park. It was not as nice outside as it could be for April, but at least it as not snow storming like mad right? That was something that Phoenix did not want, was any more snow. He could not stand it and besides, it was April it’s not like it would snow right? He really freaking hoped so. When they finally got to a playground in the park Phoenix told max to go have fun while he sat down on a bench and pulled out some stuff to do. He knew that it was going to be a while before he got to leave and that was fine with him at least he was with his kid having fun. That was all that mattered.
