[atrb=border,0,true] Another day down until the weekend. That was what Vivian was looking forward to most right now. She left the copy room at work and tucked the papers into her desk before pulling her brown hair into a messy bun. She hated when it got into her face and that tended to happen a lot. She was also glad that she did not have to stay for cheerleading practice. Don’t get her wrong, she loved the girls and stuff but right now she wanted to just go home and take a long bath and relax. That was sounding really nice to her. So she shrugged on her jacket and then sighed when her phone started to go off in her pocket. When she pulled it out a frown pulled at her lips when her eyes read that her friends wanted to take her out tonight. Well this was pretty damn lame. So she quickly replied back saying that she would be there in a little bit, right now she wanted to just relax. And with that she grabbed her purse and turned on the heel of her sneaker before walking out of the classroom door and outside to the parking lot. As she made her way home she found herself looking out at the beach, wishing that it would get warmer so she could go swimming. Of course, she normally did not swim for very often but right now she had one of those urges to just jump in the water and stay there. Instead she would have to settle on just leaning on the fence that bordered the sand with the cement and feel the slight chilly wind hit her pretty face. Normally she did not even care to come here but hey, whatever. And then she decided that she could grade papers here or something. Maybe it was not her house but it was peaceful since nobody was really walking through here. Who went to the beach during winter? Clearly Vivian did. So she sat down on a bench and then pulled out a stack of papers. This obviously was not the easiest thing to do since she had to move to the concrete and kept her shit on the bench but it was still nice. And nobody had really wandered by either so that was also good. She then stuck her headphones in her ears and started to tap her foot to the beat, clearly lost in her own little world and nobody was going to pull her out of it. Or so she thought. Spencer was stressed and annoyed at everyone and everything at the moment. Work was stressful and his brother was as annoying as hell. Constantly bailing the little fucker out of jail with money he didn't really have. And did he ever get paid back? Of course not. So yeah he was pissed. He just needed to relax, have a few beers and get away from everyone. He figured the best place he could go right now was to the beach. He always went to the beach when he wanted to just get away during the winter. He even had his spot on a bench that he always sat. he didnt go to the beach much in the summer it was to crowded. but winer time? it was great It was still pretty cold outside so there wouldn't be anyone there. It was the perfect idea. He could just be completely alone for once.

Now onto the next item on his list, the beer. He quickly showered and changed out of his uniform before grabbing his keys and heading out. He intended to get drunk as possible so he bought a shit ton of beer. He brought it home and filled up his cooler and then he was ready to go. He decided to just walk instead of wasting gas on a two minute trip. It wasn't really that cold out at all. At least to spencer it wasn't. He never really got cold that easily. It had to be below freezing before he really felt it. He guessed he was just really hot blooded. He put on his head phones and was on his merry way.

He was so lost in his own world just thinking and what not that he didn't even notice the girl sitting in his spot on the bench until he had nearly sat on her. He realized at the last second and spun around quickly an apology already forming on his lips. Until he realized who it was and he just groaned. what are you doing here?" he snapped. Because seriously, of all the people to run into, it had to be Vivian. Honestly, he probably should of just left right then. Because seriously there was no way he was relaxing with that annoying loud mouth there. But he was stubborn when he wanted something and right now he wanted to relax at the beach so that's what he was going to do. He'd just ignore her and hope that she would go away. He just flopped down beside her on the bench and opened up a beer and started drinking.

[atrb=border,0,true] As Vivian was grading papers she stuck her nail between her teeth and ripped it off. it was a bad habit that she was trying to break, the whole nail biting thing, but it was not working. She usually did it subconsciously and even then she did not realize she was doing it until she needed to use her nails. That was why it was always hard for her to get them done. She usually bit the fake nails off or broke them. But she usually did it when she was bored and grading papers was not as fun now as it was when she was still in school. It was also bad when she had to fail someone because they were a complete moron or just did something to turn in. Not that Vivian graded on complete accuracy but it helped from time to time. So she stuck her pen between her teeth and bit down before reading the answers to this person’s quiz and sighing after writing a big fat F on their paper. Some people will just never learn. By this point in time the brown haired girl was almost done with grading the tests and she was feeling damn proud of herself. Tomorrow she could hand them all back after writing them in the grade book and life would be grand. Well, it seemed like it was going to go that way until she felt a presence behind her. Someone had nearly sat on her and she gasped in shock before she then heard a familiar voice that she was not particularly happy about and she turned her head so her eyes were looking up at his face and then she looked back down and scowled. Of course fate would shove him in her face, of course. The one person that Vivian had not wanted to see was standing in front of her and she wanted him to go away. Of course he would probably stay and fight with her, it was what he always did. “Could you go away or something? I’m trying to have a nice day and I don’t need your shit to ruin it.” he snapped at him while keeping her eyes on her papers. Maybe if she ignored him enough he would leave and she would not have to deal with this. Or she could just leave herself but she was comfy and she would be damned if Spencer Frost chased her away. Usually she would have to be the one to chase him away. Of course she could kick him in the balls or something but even Vivian was not that mean. Yet. .spencer was going to ignore her. He had on his music and everything. Normally his music helped him ignore everything. He could just turn it on and go into his own little world and not notice anyone or anything. But apparently not today. He must not of turned his music up loud enough or something because he could still hear her loud, annoying voice above it. He really was trying to ignore her, but it seemed that his ability to keep his mouth shut just flew out the window when he was around her. He glared at her. Who did she think she was telling him to leave? "Listen, I go where I damn well please. So if I want to sit at the beach then I will. So if you don't like it then you leave" he retorted sticking out his tongue like a child. He grabbed another beer and started drinking. Maybe if he got drunk enough she would seem less annoying. Though he honestly doubted it. It would take more than a few beers to accomplish that. In fact it would take a miracle for that and in his experience miracles didn't happen all that often so he wasn't holding up hope for that. So he continued drinking his beer glaring at her hoping she would take the hint and leave.

When she didn't take the hint he decided to change tactics. He turned around on the bench putting his legs up and stretching them out kicking her in the process. seriously move over. You don't have to take up the whole seat you whale I'm trying to get comfortable here. he grumbled kicking her again. He grabbed yet another beer. He half heartedly threw the empty bottle at her but he completely missed. Not that he was really aiming so whatever.

[atrb=border,0,true] Vivian let out a sigh as Spencer did not leave. Well there went that theory, although she should have known that he was not going to leave. Vivian then glared at him from the corner of her eyes and then went back to grading. Seriously she was going to hit him if he was going to be obnoxious and knowing him, he was going to be. The thought made dread fill her entire body and she thought maybe she should leave him. If she left at least she would not get snappy at everything like she would if she stayed. But then that would mean that she was admitting defeat and she had no intentions of doing that, at least not with him. She would probably want to claw his eyes out by the time she went to bed tonight. So she decided to ignore him that was all she really could do by this point. Just tell him to fuck off and maybe he would ignore her as well. Although it would be hard to ignore someone you hate but hey whatever. That was when he snapped at her and she snapped her head towards him and narrowed her hazel eyes. Seriously who the fuck was he to just snap like that? So she scoffed and flipped her hair off her shoulder before shaking her head. “I’m not leaving, I was here first. So don’t be an asshole and just leave me alone.” he told him before he reached into a cooler and grabbed a beer. Well, how nice of him to bring refreshment. Even though Vivian was not a big fan of beer she could take some of his. At least he could share right? So she put her papers back into her bag because it seemed that nothing was going to get done and then she reached into the cooler and pulled out a beer. “Thank you very much.” she told him while twisting the cap open with the helpf of her coat. What a gentleman right? And then before she knew it, he was stretching out on her and kicking her. Vivian let out a frustrated squeak and then punched him in the shin, hoping to god that hurt like hell. If it did not then she would make it hurt next time. “If I’m a whale then what the fuck does that make you? You’re bigger than me jackass. Now move or legs or I will bite them off.” he threatened him, although she really wouldn’t bite them off. Cannibalism was not her thing. Spencer was getting more annoyed by the second. Seriously was it to much to much to ask for that she would keep her mouth shut? Apparently it was because she was talking again. i really don't care who was here first. I'm not going anywhere and apparently neither are you. So it'd be much easier to ignore you if you'd shut your mouth!" he growled. It was weird really. Normally he didn't get annoyed this easily. There was just something about Vivian in general that really pissed him off. And the fact that she could piss him off so easily just made him even angrier. There was no one else but his brother that could annoy him this much but at least he somewhat loved his brother so he got away with shit. he hated vivian. He really shouldn't let her get to him but she did no matter how hard he tried.

When she grabbed one of his beers he had to resist the urge to punch her.sure he had plenty but that certainly didn't mean that she could have one. He was stingy as hell with his beer he wouldn't even give someone he liked any and he hated her.You shouldnt steal other people's shit. you're just lucky that I was raised not to hit a girl. Otherwise I'd of punched you by now so hands off my damn beer he snapped.

He just smirked when she punched him. He'd grown up with jaxson her little punch didn't do anything except piss him off farther. oh that hurt so bad shamoo he mocked rolling his eyes. He left his feet where they were silently daring her to do something about it. This time he swore to himself that he was going to ignore her. No matter what she did he was not going to react then she would get bored of talking to herself and leave. If only it was that easy though he wouldn't be in this position in the first place. So most likely this new plan was going to go just as badly as the first time.

It really was a miracle that she did not just shove a paper towel into his mouth or something. Not that she carried some with her but she could shove a sock in there. What would have been the harm in that right? There would have been no harm, or at least she did not think there would be. But he was still sitting there, being a douchebag and she wanted none of this. “No, since you want me to be quiet I think I’ll just keep talking.” she told him with an innocent smile and then flicked her hair off her shoulders before turning to him. “So Spencer, how has life been treating you? I assume your brother is still dealing his way through town? How nice.” she kept that smile on her face while she shot questions she really did not care about. But hey anything to watch him squirm. While she was drinking his beer she could not help but smile at his reaction. That was exactly what she wanted to hear and how she wanted him to react. It really was just too easy to rile him up and she had no idea why he hated her. But she hated him because he hated her. And he was beyond annoying as well. How his parents put up with him was beyond her. “It’s not stealing, it’s borrowing. There’s a difference. So I’m going to borrow more whether you like it or not.” she continued to keep that innocent smile on her face, even though she was anything but innocent with him. Still, it was fun to piss him off and it was only because she got pissed off so easily. When he called her shamoo she narrowed her eyes at him and then looked away, not wanting to waste her breath on him. “Whatever, fucker.” she mumbled before taking another sip of the liquid. And after a few minutes of having his nasty feet on her she pushed them off and then crossed her legs, hopefully giving him the hint that he should fuck off. Spencer narrowed his eyes at the girl. She was just asking to be smacked. All he wanted was to be left alone in peace and quiet and he really didn't think that, that was to much to ask for but apparently it was since she wouldn't shut the fuck up. Well then two could play at this little game. His smile matched hers. Jax is doing great how about your sister? he said hoping that he sounded calm and not pissed like he thought he sounded.

He glared at her. "Borrowing means that you plan on returning it when you're done. Do you plan on giving me my beer back dumb ass?" he retorted. and you will not get anymore or this time I /will/ slap you he said slamming the lid shut and sliding a hand over the cooler protectively. There was no way she'd get anymore she'd have to go through him first.

He smirked. wow nice comeback. How long did it take you to come up with that one?" he mocked rolling his eyes. God this woman was so annoying. He really should of left but he just couldn't. He was more stubborn than he was annoyed at this point. Leaving now would mean losing and spencer would rather die than lose to anyone especially to Vivian. So he was still staying. Unfortunately it meant dealing with her and her big mouth. He was very drunk at the moment so he would blame the alcohol for what he was about to do next would you shut up? he growled before leaning in and kissing her. Yeah he had obviously had had way to much to drink because seriously what the fuck was he doing? He didn't really know. All he knew was that the first time that night she was silent and he liked it.

That pleased her beyond words. She loved that he was getting so pissed at her just opening her mouth and making small talk. Normal people would not get mad about that but Spencer, he definitely did. Maybe he was not normal then? She figured not since normal things that she did seemed to pissed him off and she was definitely normal. So she let out a sigh and ran a hand through her hair while she answered her questions and asked some of her own. Well wasn’t someone being nosy? She guessed that she should not say anything since she had been nosy as well. So she tried to keep the smile on her face while she mentally thought of feeding him to sharks. “Selena is fine. Never better.” she replied, keeping it short and sweet. That was all she wanted anyways, short and sweet answers. She then raised her eyebrows at him and shrugged her shoulders before finishing that one and then eyeing his hand as it stayed on the lid. “Oh I’m sure you’ll get it back one way or another if you really want it. But here, you can have my bottle.” she told him before giving him the empty bottle that she had just finished. Of course he probably would not want it but hey, whatever. If he did not want it then she would take it for herself. She then stood up and moved his hand and grabbed another beer before sitting on the lid of the cooler and crossing her arms over her chest. “I’m not moving.” she told him with a warning tone and then she tilted her head back and had a giant gulp. The nerve of this guy over here. Then she narrowed her eyes at him and before she could make any kind of statement she felt a pair of lips on hers. Her eyes went wide in shock because her brain was fuzzy and having a hard time keeping up but then she realized that she should probably kiss him back. So she did just that, surprising herself as she did so. But she guessed that the world was full of funny surprises and this was definitely was one of those. Spencer fought to keep the smile on his face instead of glaring at her like he wanted to because seriously she was pissing him off. It was amazing that even just small talk could piss him off. He hated her so much that just the sound of her voice was enough to piss him off unreasonably so. But reacting was exactly what she wanted out of him. So he simply wouldn't react. That just happened to be a lot easier said than done. But damn it he could try. and you? How are you doing? he asked sickenly sweet smile still in place.

Spencer normally wasn't a very violent person but he reall just wanted to tear Vivian's throat out so that she couldn't speak anymore. Unfortunately he didn't want to go to jail (he knew what they did to cops in jail) so that was out of the question. He took the bottle from her hands and threw or at her. (He missed but whatever he was drunk and possibly seeing two of her) i don't want the damn bottle he grumbled angrily.

When she sat on his cooler stopping him from getting to more of his beer that was the last straw for spencer. oh hell no bitch, you're ass is moving" he growled he stood up and shoved her off the cooler with a satisfied smile. And grabbed another beer.

Spencer was surprised to find that she was kissing him back and even more surprised that he was enjoying himself. He told himself that it was just the alcohol he could be kissing anyone and enjoying it he was so drunk right now. he pulled her in closer deepening the kiss. Out of all the drunken things he'd done this was definitely one of the stupidest. If you told him an hour ago that he'd be making out with Vivian fucking ston he would of suggested that you get the mental help that you obviously needed. But he couldn't find it in himself to care at this point.

She really did not want to deal with his bullshit and that was apparently asking for too much. So ran a hand through her brown hair before examining the ends for split ends. She had a thousand, of course, but really she was too annoyed to pick them all off. Spencer just brought out the annoyance in her and it was pretty bad. Just looking at him made her want to throw herself off a bridge. At least she wouldn’t have to deal with him right? When he asked her how she was doing she looked at him and shrugged her shoulders. “Well I was fine until a certain cop decided he wanted to sit next to me.” she did not hold anything back from him as the words tumbled from her mouth. And she had no intentions too but whatever. When Spencer decided to throw the bottle at her she blinked in surprise. Honestly how was someone going to throw a bottle at someone while they were a cop? If he would have gotten her she probably would have lost it and then attacked him but hey, whatever. He missed buts he was still not happy about it. “You’re lucky you missed.” she huffed and then crossed her arms over her chest. She was feeling pretty damn triumphant though as she sat on his cooler. She gave him a triumphant grin before he pushed her off and she landed on the cement. How fucking rude. Vivian gave him a surprised stare before getting up and then dusting herself off, wondering what in the world she would have had to done to deserve this torture. So she narrowed her eyes and then sat back down on it, planting her feet firmly on the ground. “Mine now bitch.” she told him, daring him to push her again. This was a weird day for her though. Never in a million years would she have thought that she’d be making out with Spencer right now. But something inside her told her to keep doing it. Maybe it was the alcohol or maybe it was just because at least this way he was not insulting her. Whatever it was, it was starting to become really intense and she did not want it to stop. So she pushed her coat off and then tangled her fingers in his hair, wondering what the hell she was doing right now and then not even caring about it anymore. He wanted to push her off again and this time sit on her. But it would be pointless because as soon as he got up her dumb ass would be sitting on it again. So yeah that was pretty pointless. But there was no way in hell that she was getting his beer. "oh hell no bitch" he growled. He sat on her lap and smirked. if you're not moving then neither am I and eventually you'll want to get up " he retorted.

He had to be a complete idiot for what he was doing but he didn't really care. He was way beyond caring now. His brain was swimming with alcohol and lust. And if he was honest Vivian was a damn good kisser but maybe that part was the alcohol talking.

"My parents did, did yours? You shouldn't be a dick to a girl who doesn't deserve it." she told him, wondering if his parents had just given up on the boys because twins were hard to take care of, especially twin boys. She prayed to all that was holy that she would not have twins when she had kids, if she even wanted then. She was still on the fence with that one but hey, whatever. Then she laughed when he said that he brightens people's day. Ha, as if. "Wow, people must lie to you a ton if they tell you that. Your personality is what makes people commit suicide." He was harmless. But if you told her that she would be making out with Spencer an hour ago she would have laughed then slapped you. Spencer smirked. "Well if I saw any girls around here I certainly wouldn't be rude to them. And you do deserve it. You stole my beer! I should arrest you for theft" yeah he was to drunk to be having this conversation, clearly, but what ever. He would worry about that later. Right now he just wanted to get her to shut the hell up. Maybe if he quit responding to her she'd get tired of talking to herself and them she would have to shut up. But that would be to much like losing for him not to get the last word so that plan wasn't going to happen ever.

Spencer snorted. i have a fabulous personality. You are the only person around here that can't get along with me. That makes /you/ the problem. Everyone else loves me. I'm adorable. And if you weren't such a bitch all the time we could get along. he said, even though he didn't actually believe that they would ever get along in a million years because Vivian had a stick up her ass all the time but hey worth a shot right?

He glared at her. She might be a little right but he wasn't about to admit that out loud. "nope because it would be your word against mine. Ill just say you must of fell and hit your head or something." that probably wouldn't work but she didn't have to know that.

Spencer glared up at her. She didn't just push him. "I'll sit where I damn we'll please. Especially if that place is on top of my cooler. Now move." he said shoving her to the side and sitting down on the cooler.

He was too drunk. That was his problem right now. That was why he was kissing the most annoying girl on the planet as if his life depended on it. Hell it could of been /anyone/ and his drunken mind wouldn't know the difference right about now. He clearly wasn't thinking at all otherwise he would of pulled away a long time ago. But oh we'll to late to turn back now. She was right they really needed someplace more private though. He scrambled his brain trying to think of a good place. Everything was to far a walk and neither of them had drove. Then he had an idea. Without saying a word he pulled her up and started pulling her towards the bathroom. A little disgusting? Sure. But at least everyone walking by wouldn't see them.

i'm not like the others

[atrb=border,0,true] Vivian raised an eyebrow at Spencer when he said that he should take her to jail. Was he being serious? Wasn't that am abuse of power? She then shook her head at him, pretty much daring him. Although, she probably shouldn't do that. Knowing him him he would probably arrest her for real and she had no intentions of going today. Well, really any day but she just did not want to go to jail. "You can't do that, it's an abuse of power and I'll sue the shit out of you." she told him, being completely honest about that. Also she wanted him to know that that was not a threat but a promise. And Vivian was never one to break a promise, ever. And if she really did do that then maybe he would never bother her again. Then life would be good. She then let out a laugh when he explained why his personality was awesome. If by awesome he meant shitty then yes, it was awesome. How people could put up with him she'll never know but it was definitely hard to do. That was saying a lot because Vivian could put up with a lot but she could not put up with him at all. "Wow, you really are full of yourself aren't you? Maybe I'm the only has enough guts to say it to your face did you ever think of that?" she asked since she figured he had not since his ego was bigger than Jupiter and it really shouldn't be. Seriously he was nothing special and if you asked Vivian he was less than special. When he said that it was her word against his she just rolled her eyes and did not even acknowledge him with a response. He probably knew that she was right and that made her feel a lot better about herself. Besides, if she looked hard enough she could probably find a witness. That was when Spencer pushed her off the cooler. Then she landed on her but and she glared up at him. She narrowed her eyes and ground her teeth before getting up and sitting on his lap. "I'm not moving." she told him while keeping her eyes narrowed. He really was a stupid prick. At least he was listening to her now. He got up and started to drag her somewhere although right now she didn't know where. Her brain was too cloudy to think straight. Then she figured that it was a bathroom when she saw the gender signs. Vivian crinkled her nose in disgust but she really could not say anything since this really was the only place. So she pushed him into one and then locked the door so nobody interrupted. That would be awkward. Then she kissed him once more before taking off her shirt and tossing it anywhere. Real classy.
